Crash-free sessions or error rates moved and nobody can say which release did it.
Audit
A ranked fix list in two days, not a slide deck in two weeks.
Two working days from repository access to a ranked fix list. What is breaking now, what breaks at ten times the traffic, what is a security problem, and what each fix costs. The rest of the week is us fixing what is critical. Free when you sign a build contract with us, up to $1,800 on its own, fixed before we start.
- repo access
- measure
- findings
- ranked list
- your call
The output is a list you can hand to anyone, including another agency.
You are probably here because
If none of these sound like your app, the free call is still the fastest way to find out what does.
You inherited the codebase and the person who wrote it has left.
It is slow enough that users mention it, and nobody has profiled it.
You are about to put real money into ads and want to know the system can take the traffic.
What we look at
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before anyone writes code. If something outside this turns out to matter more, we re-scope in the open instead of quietly billing for it.
- Reliability
- Crashes and error rates by release, the top failures with a root cause rather than a stack trace, and a straight answer on whether the current version should be rolled back.
- Performance
- Cold start, bundle size, render cost, and the queries that actually run, traced on a real low-end device or against a realistic data volume rather than on a fast laptop. AI is used to generate realistic load and data shapes rather than the twelve tidy seed rows the app was developed against.
- Security and data
- Token and key storage, API authentication, access checks on the server, what ends up in logs, and what the third-party SDKs send home without anyone deciding they should.
- Infrastructure
- Environments, secrets, backups, migrations, and whether a rollback has ever actually been tested rather than assumed.
- Release readiness
- For mobile: privacy manifest, data safety, permissions, target API level. For web: indexability, Core Web Vitals, and the metadata that decides how you appear in search.
- The fix list
- Ranked by user impact against effort, with the ones we would do first marked and an estimate on each. Yours to keep whatever you decide to do next.
Price
One number, agreed before we start.
The ranked fix list is yours within two working days of getting access, so you are never waiting a week to find out how bad it is. The rest of the five days is us fixing what is critical. Free when you sign a Production-Ready or AI MVP contract, since the audit becomes the first week of that build. Standalone it is up to $1,800, with no obligation to continue. Larger work becomes a separate fixed-price scope you are free to take elsewhere.
We have shipped our own products to real users: Mira on the iOS App Store and ariex.fit in public beta. There are no rescue case studies in the portfolio yet, and we are not going to claim there are some under NDA.
Questions we get asked first.
Anything not answered here is worth twenty minutes on a call.
Two days is fast. What is actually in it?
Two working days of two senior engineers, not two days of waiting. We use AI to do in hours what used to take days: generating realistic load and data shapes, sweeping the codebase for the patterns that break under concurrency, and enumerating edge cases nobody sits down to write. A person decides which findings are real, which is the part that cannot be compressed. If the system turns out to be larger than two days can honestly cover, we tell you on the call and scope it properly rather than delivering a shallow list on time.
When is the audit free?
When you sign a Production-Ready or AI MVP contract, the audit is included at no extra charge, because it becomes the first week of that build rather than separate work. If you want the audit on its own, to decide, to hand to your board, or to take to another team, it is a paid engagement up to $1,800 and you owe us nothing after it.
What do you need from us to start?
Read access to the repository, a way to run or install it, and access to whatever error reporting exists. If there is no error reporting, setting it up is part of the audit.
What if you find nothing serious?
Then you get a short report saying so within two days, and you have spent up to $1,800 to stop worrying about it. That happens, and we would rather write that report than invent findings to justify the invoice.
Do you fix what you find, or just report it?
The fix list lands on day two, and the critical fixes land inside the remaining days where they fit. Anything bigger gets scoped as fixed-price work, which you are under no obligation to buy from us.
Does this cover web and backend, or only mobile?
Both. Mobile apps, web applications, and the backends behind them. If the system is in a stack we would be guessing at, we will say so instead of taking the money.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send anything.

Want a straight answer on this one?
Send the repo, the rejection notice, or just the idea. Twenty minutes is enough to tell you whether a rescue, a rebuild, or a clean no is the right next step.
