Privacy policy.
Dyvertex is the trading name of Volodymyr Zakhovaiko Strategic Partner, a sole proprietorship (JDG) registered in Poland. This page explains what data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

The data controller for this website is Volodymyr Zakhovaiko, trading as Dyvertex (Volodymyr Zakhovaiko Strategic Partner), a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.
For anything privacy-related, contact [email protected]. We don’t have a separate privacy inbox. Every message reaches the person who can act on it.
What we collect
The only personal data this site actively asks for is what you type into the audit request form: your name, email address, an optional budget range, and your project description.
When you submit the form, that information is sent through Resend, a transactional email delivery service, to our inbox. Resend processes it solely to deliver the message and does not use it for marketing or profiling. We reply from our own inbox, directly to the email address you gave us.
Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data for every visit (IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use this data for marketing or profiling.
We also use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages and sections they reach, and which links or buttons get clicked. This runs on our hosting provider’s own infrastructure and, per Vercel’s documentation, does not use cookies or other persistent identifiers and does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregated, page-level statistics, not a profile tied to you individually.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we don’t run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tool. Any cookie your browser sets is limited to what is strictly necessary to load the page.
We do use Vercel Analytics (see “What we collect” above) to understand how the site is used and improve it. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you across sessions or other sites, which is why it doesn’t require a cookie-consent banner. If we ever add a tool that works differently, for example one that uses cookies or session recording, this page will be updated first and, if required, we will ask for your consent before it runs.
Why we process it
- To reply to your audit request and discuss your project (consent, given via the form checkbox).
- To prepare a proposal and deliver work if we agree to a paid engagement (performance of a contract).
- To keep our website secure and working correctly (legitimate interest, for the technical hosting logs described above).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest, for the cookieless analytics described above).
Sharing & storage
We do not sell your data, and we do not currently use a CRM to collect audit requests. Two third parties are involved in running the site itself: Vercel, our hosting provider, which also runs the cookieless analytics described above, and Resend, which delivers the audit-request form to our inbox as described in “What we collect.” Neither uses your data for their own purposes.
If we start using a booking tool (for example, to schedule the audit call) or a CRM, we will name it here and only send it the data needed to do that specific job.
We keep audit-request emails as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus what Polish tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Otherwise we delete them once the conversation is clearly over.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Send you a copy in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything already done.
Email [email protected] for any of the above. You can also lodge a complaint with Poland’s data protection authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the site or our tools change. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
